Andy Harris is founding editor of Jamie magazine, renowned food and travel magazine run by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, and sold in more than 45 countries. Andy began his career at The Sunday Times in the UK. In the late, 1990’s he moved to Australia to work on Vogue Entertaining & Travel during its heyday. He then launched the award-winning Williams-Sonoma Taste magazine in the US before being lured back to Australia to revamp Gourmet Traveller and Wine magazines in 2003.
In addition to his editorial work, Andy’s culinary prowess has gone hand-in-hand. Examples of his great work include catering for a millionaire’s five-day party for 200 guests in Santorini, Greece, lecturing on seafood in Tokyo, authoring the acclaimed book ‘Modern Greek’ and crafting the menu for the set of Baz Luhrmann’s film, Australia. Flavours from a lifetime of travel are infused into his recipes.

For more than 20 years, David’s photographs have been featured in 100 plus books including Jamie Oliver’s international best-sellers. He has also directed television commercials including one of the most successful food ads of all time – a campaign for UK supermarket Sainsbury’s.
In addition to food photography, he has also shot fashion, portraits, landscapes and reportage for the likes of Red magazine, Traveller, Soho House, Pippa Middleton and others. He works closely with the digital photographic brand Hipstamatic and has developed the most successful downloadable camera pack to date – the “Loftus Lens”.David has won numerous awards over the years including European Portrait & Garden Photographer of the Year.

Kunal Kapur is one of the most celebrated faces of Indian cuisine today. He is chef extraordinaire, TV show host, winner of several culinary awards and the author of ‘A Chef in Every Home’. Kunal has been recognised amongst the Best Chefs in India by National Weekly Magazine - India Today. He has been honoured with National Media network award and Indian television academy award, also titled “Gourmet Guru” as one of the Top chefs of India. He is actively involved in training underprivileged / unemployed youth in cooking and raising funds to make them start their own self-sustained food business, together with United Ways Delhi, which is part of one the biggest NFP (not for profit organisation) in the world.
He was judge on Masterchef India, Junior Masterchef India and was in the judging panel of the semi-finals of Masterchef America with Chef Gordon Ramsey. He was also part of the travel & food show, Pickle Nation and the American travel & food show called “The Foodie comes to America”.

Born in Paris, Yann Bernard Lejard, has worked across Large Europe covering 15 countries, in one, two, tree Michelin star restaurants and part of the Leading Hotels of the World portfolio including Heinz Winkler in Aschau Germany, Hotel 'Las Duna's in Andalusia, Marbella, Spain, Cheval Blanc Restaurant and River Palace in Russia, and Le Béarn in Geneva, Switzerland.
He was also the finalist for the 'Taittinger Culinary Grand Prix', held in Switzerland. In the region, Yann worked as Chef de Cuisine in GLOW, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and from 2014, as Chef de Cuisine at Plum’s at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain.

Amelia is a professional food photographer who lives and works in Dubai. She shoots ad campaigns for international food brands like Nutella, Philadelphia, Baskin Robbins, and Puck; menus for restaurants such as Noodle House, Just Falafel, and Coffee, and packaging for Middle Eastern companies like American Garden, Al Ain and Al Rawabi. Amelia started her career assisting top photographers in Dubai before building her portfolio and becoming a specialist food photographer. She is now represented by Magnet Photo Production, a leading photography agency in the region.
When not shooting for clients, she can be found at any one of the many organic farms in the UAE working on a personal project documenting local food heroes, on her yoga mat, in the kitchen, or shooting for an NGO ‘Monyati’ that she works very closely with.
